A. Web Coater (capacitor film)

Equipped with: evaporation source systems, capacitor film, winding system, the main roller heating and frozen system.
B. Web Coater (packaging film)
This type of machine can coat metal film on the surface of a variety of thin films (PET, BOPP, CPP, and PVC, and the pretreated paper. It is widely used in the decoration, Anti-counterfeiting techniques, reflective packaging, clothes and other industries. The width of film can be 650-2200mm, and the winding speed can be up to 600mpm.

Winding system and the evaporation system can be moved out of the vacuum chamber for easy maintenance. Equipped with fast and reliable vacuum system, the machine can have fast pumping speed, large displacement and high vacuum level. Manual / automatic operation can be realized in this vacuum process. Winding system and evaporation system are separated into two chambers in this machine.
